FF-FUTURE

FF-FUTURE Oy is Finnfoam Oy’s sister company, which was born when Finnfoam Oy was divided in 2021. The company’s operations are aimed at the future, which is what the company’s name refers to. FF-FUTURE develops new, more ecological technology in many different areas, all of which aim for a solution that is always more resource efficient and has a better carbon footprint. Resource efficiency includes many important issues, such as the circular economy and optimal use of material. Resource efficiency is also about well-being and safety at work.

Circular economy

In a circular economy, materials are used as efficiently and sustainably as possible. Its goal is to reduce the amount of waste and the consumption of natural resources, and to promote sustainable development and environmental protection. FF-FUTURE is developing plastic recycling strongly in cooperation with its sister company Finnfoam Oy. Many of these projects have started even before the birth of FF-FUTURE. Carbon dioxide
recovery

Carbon capture is a method aimed at reducing the carbon dioxide content of the atmosphere. Synthetic fuels or even plastics can be made from carbon dioxide.

Biomaterials

Biomaterials are materials that can be made from biological raw materials or natural materials. FF-FUTURE focuses on bio waste-based, i.e. the utilisation of waste streams in biomaterials.

Renewable energy

Renewable energy is based on renewable energy sources such as solar, wind and hydropower. Among other things, FF-FUTURE has been granted a worldwide patent for a solar power plant field.
